Enterprise Holdings who runs 3 large car rental companies is using ServiceNow to ensure that efficiency will be enhance throughout their global departments.

The company, which runs Enterprise Rent-A-Car, National Car Rental and Alamo Rent A Car brands is using ServiceNow to help consolidate and simplify IT management.  The company’s IT team chose the ServiceNow product to provide a more agile and automated workflow across its  global departments.

Have you ever experienced problems with your car rental bookings? So, now with all these problems, it can be efficiently solved and handled by the management of the car rental companies.

Enterprise Holdings has used ServiceNow to move to ITIL, the IT service management (ITSM) framework for running IT services efficiently. The software, which is deployed as a cloud service allows Enterprise Holdings’ IT department to provide a transparent incident, problem and change management, the company said.

It is also planning to use ServiceNow for service catalogue and service request automation providing employee self-service and faster access to IT services….

Increased in the efficiency of how things are being run will in the long term assist an organization in improving productivity and given customer a greater experience in utilizing the services rendered. When an organization does not improve the way things are done, they will eventually be outdone by their competitors.
